Use Cases and Deployment Scope

With remote teams working closely together, Miro is invaluable for organization and collaboration! We use it to create and manage the visual project calendar, to capture interview notes, to explore themes and insights, to storyboard presentations - and to share in progress work with clients. It saves a lot of time being able to capture and share thoughts without the formality of ppt, especially when we're exploring the relationship between various ideas. I love not having to fit thoughts into a slide size :)

Wish for more flexibility resizing sticky notes to keep font size legible
Want PIP so I can both see the big picture and zoomed in view to read text (now I zoom in/out A LOT)
Better built in calendar feature where it autofilled month/date and also allow you to label phases across a whole week

It's pretty easy to use - though I constantly move things accidentally. We keep to pretty basic functionality, which is easy, plus voting which is great to use with clients. Wish it had a better visual calendar feature.

Tool Usage

Sticky notes, connectors, alignment. Adding images. I haven't used most of the functionlity.

Reduced Tool Overload

Yes, we do more in Miro before we move to Office - but still need Office (or googlesuite) for final deliverables
