Overall Satisfaction with Miro

(Sorry english is not my first language)

I used Miro while working at an email marketing agency. I mainly used it for content planning, mapping out email flows, and writing design briefs (we used Google sheets previously to do these) . I liked how visual and easy it was to work with. It just made the whole process clearer. One thing I really appreciated was being able to download the boards as PNGs or PDFs to send to clients.

I didn’t mess around with the integrations much. Honestly, the only downside for me was the price, it’s a bit on the expensive side. But I would love to use the PRO version features again if my business goes well. It's very helpful.

Pros

  • UX (It's very easy to use)
  • Templates (save a lot of time and they actually useful)

Cons

  • Flexible prices for smaller teams
  • More advanced templates to save time
  • Mobile app lack of reliability and functionality
  • Enhanced productivity of the team
  • Faster decision taking
  • An all-in-one app
Because I've following them since 2012 and I saw all their evolution. The UX department did a great job.
I have client that never used Miro, use It easily. It's a relief because there are non techy clients that hate using not accesible apps.
The dashboard options are also accesible.
Since our team is 100% remote working, the possibility of adding people to the dashboard is the coolest.

I'm not an advanced Miro user but I love the fact that I can import cool templates to save time for brainstorm, project management or just content plan.

Features like copying images, adding text, and links are highly appreciated.
Yes!! Of course, before using Miro I was using Google sheets for a content plan, Figma(designs) and clickup for feedback. The clients were a little bit saturated because learning a new tool is not always what they want.

Now we are using only Miro for content planning, feedback, objectives
I started with Trello when I was a student because the teacher showed me how to use it at work.

6 years later I started a marketing agency 100% remote. After we hired 3 designers we wanted to improve our productivity and make life easier for some clients, so we switched to figme + Google Sheets + clickup. The result? It was too difficult for clients so I searched for an intermediate option that was Miro. Miro is very intuitive and has cool features for designers and also marketers.
The learning curve for clients was lower when clients used Miro.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited if you need to organize visually different content. It's also versatile for collaborative teams (send feedback) especially remote teams.

The only perk I would say is that the price for the pro plan is not cheap. But I really appreciate that you have a free version (and it's actually very good)
