Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it for brainstorming new ideas, problem-solving challenges, mapping out processes to identify the current way of doing something, proposing new ways of working, and hosting retrospectives.
Pros
- Templates
- AI board support.
- Collaborative remote work.
Cons
- I am working with an organization to validate AI concerns, but I am unable to access the AI capabilities through my work email/SSO.
- Toggle between accounts - Canva makes this easy. I can use my work email and account during the day, and with a single click, I can toggle to my personal account.
- A single pane of glass allows for the organization of all information in one visual place, providing more space to navigate between connections.
- Productive collaborative remote work.
- Team efficiency.
Templates, AI support (i.e., extracting themes, moving stickies to a template or a doc).
Yes - I used to brainstorm on Powerpoint slides, and Miro has helped put all of the information in one place.
It has a whiteboard app, but it lacks the functionality that Miro offers. I wish there were a microdot task integration. I like that I can tag myself or others in Microsoft products (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and it will populate in my to-do list.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
