Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a perfect match for us, as an organization that needs to collaborate different departments for different purposes and occasionally need to showcase the current progress along with making necessary adjustments, Miro provides us with a suitable platform for collaborating and project management. Also eliminates the need for multiple softwares and provides a secure environment.

Pros

  • Miro offers a variety of functions, primarily for collaboration, which it does seamlessly.
  • The other great thing is that it provides universal access from any device and from anywhere. Whether on a tablets from home.
  • Offers great project organization and development features like the infinite canvas, and commenting and tagging. These make the workflow fast and efficient.
  • At Alorica, where we have operations that involve fast-paced coordination and documentation, Miro saves a ton of valuable time.

Cons

  • There are some limitations for guest users. Which can hamper the experience at times.
  • The search function should be more precise allowing users to find results more deeply.
  • I believe the mobile experience is not that good when compared to desktop version.
  • Miro has had a noticeable positive impact on business objectives by improving team productivity and project efficiency.
  • We’ve delivered projects faster by around 15-20%, due to visual clarity and smoother operations.
  • Miro also replaced multiple tools, saving on costs and resulting in cleaner workspace.
I give a 9 because of Miro's intuitive and flexible UI, making it easy for users of all roles. User-friendly and collaborative.
Miro’s sticky notes, templates, and real-time collaboration features have had the biggest impact on work. Organized my work and increased efficiency.
For sure, yes, Miro has streamlined our workflow by replacing several single-purpose tools.
I think that Miro is better for flexible and kinda creative teamwork, while Mural is more straight forward and one dimensional.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I would say Miro is like a digital play room. Whether it’s strategy, or operations, it gives a overall great solution for collaboration. Not that much useful for mobile device users, but great for workstations.
