Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for visual collaboration for our internal product management. We use this tool for brainstorming within the team. It is used for representing the ideas visually. As the majority of the teams work remotely, it gives us an edge during collaborations while managing the projects. These tools help us to explain to other stakeholders visually as well.

Miro gives strong day to day usability for visual collaboration. Accessibility is also one of the driving factor. Its adoption within the team takes some time. The members who are into tech are finding it's value with in no time. Adoption to non technical people need good training and little bit time.
Ready to use templates and slides format that support workshops. Role-based access control helps us to configure the features and functionality given to us as per the least privilege. Collaboration is a major feature we use in the team for visual representation of ideas and brainstorming. Integration with other tools as also good to have.

Miro really shines for real-time collaboration. All the members can contribute in real time which is an excellent feature. We can add sticky note, voice note as well. The ready-to-use process templates are also one of the best features we use on a daily basis. It is kind of difficult for people who are not tech savvy to use.
