Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro most often as a brainstorming and collaboration tool amongst the team. We also use Miro independently when we need to map out a new website layout or campaign design. From a team perspective, it allows us to collaborate on a program, brainstorm ideas, organize our thoughts, and determine next steps for execution.
Pros
- It's intuitive and user friendly - not very hard to figure out.
- Great extra features to use in a group setting - i.e. the Timer and Voting.
- Easy to share boards and invite others to participate.
- I personally really like the Sticky Note tool.
Cons
- I wish there was an easier way to turn the Selector off when you want to move the page around (and maybe there is but I'm not aware of it).
- Team participation

- Improved brainstorming and collaboration
I really like the timer and voting features. Timer because it's easy to pull the team together, set a 5-minute timer, and throw around ideas quickly. And then it's easy to set up a Voting poll to get feedback. Not only can we use the tool as a creative workspace, we can make decisions in a timely and efficient manner.
It hasn't affected other tools or platforms but I think that's because this is the only collaboration tool we use at the moment.
