Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Use it for client workshops - its a good interactive tool that allows lots of folks to work on the board at the same time due to its locking feature that controls the noise. Primarily for use case brainstorming and current state challenges workshops across industries and different engagements in an enterprise

Pros

Multiple folks can work on it at the same time
Relatively user friendly
functionality is intuitive

Cons

UI is a WIP - don't like that everyone can scroll everywhere uncontrollably
presenting has difficult constraints
textbox navigation has limitations

Return on Investment

hard to quantify but net positive on team productivity
net positive on project delivery

Usability

lots of room to improve but I think better than competitors in the market
