Miro Makes IT Planning Simple and Clear
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to plan IT work, explain systems, and help my team stay organized. It feels like a big online board where we can write notes, draw plans, and share ideas together. Before Miro, we used many tools and things were confusing. Now everything is in one place, so work is clearer. We use it for team meetings, system planning, task tracking, and helping other teams understand IT processes in a simple way.

- Does not work well without internet.

- Exporting boards can be confusing.
- Large boards may become slow.
- Sharing access can be tricky.
- Saved time by using one tool.
- Reduced the number of IT tools.
- Improved team communication.
- Fewer mistakes in discussions.
Miro is equipped with various tools, Sticky notes, templates, and the whiteboard help me the most. Sticky notes are great for quick tasks and ideas to create. Templates help start work faster. The whiteboard helps explain systems and workflows clearly. Clustering also helps group ideas so nothing looks messy in Miro.
Yes, Miro has changed how we use other tools in our tech stack. Before Miro, we used different apps for planning work, writing notes, drawing diagrams, and sharing ideas. This made things slow and confusing. After using Miro, we stopped using many of those tools because everything can be done in one place. It saves a lot of time and keeps work simple. The team does not need to switch between apps, so everyone stays more focused, organized, and productive while working together.
I tried other tools like Mural and FigJam before using Miro. FigJam was easy to understand, but it felt too simple for the kind of big projects my team works on. Mural was fine, but it did not have enough features to handle complex work or large teams. Miro worked much better because it supports big boards, has more tools, and lets many people work together at the same time. That is why we chose Miro over the other options.
