Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it for multiple situations:
- to explain a technical architecture
- to explore use cases and how they relate to each other
- to design a business flow
- to present a rollout plan
The scope is essentially any mental model that I need to present in a visual way. It really supports most of the situations where I need to frame a problem or context to my team and/or stakeholders.

Pros
- Flowcharts for business processes
- Mockups
- Mindmaps
Cons
- Presentations
- Creating re-usable items
- Templates
- Communication improvement
- Productivity efficiency
- Reducing software
We do not use Miro for collaboration much. The features that have impacted me the most are the mindmap feature, the software logos, and ease of use.
Yes, but not completely. I definitely use power point less because of Miro and I don't use Figma for mockups. Our team still uses those tools for other thing though, and we use Lucidcharts for our retro boards.
I like Miro for its all-in-one and how I can organize my projects in an easy way
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
