Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is used through the different departments in my company to create tasks and carry out a better execution of the tools to be used in the short and medium term planned objectives with customers and internal projects. My clients are mostly small and medium-sized companies in the IT sector.
Thanks to this tool we have minimized the organization time between projects and advanced a lot in terms of task execution in a predetermined time. Clients are mostly small and medium sized companies in the IT sector. The projects in which I work more with my team, in general, are about functionality improvement and profitability of web and mobile applications. Likewise, I am particularly in charge of managing the team and detecting needs (human capital) for the improvement of the efficiency and cohesion of the team.
  • Helps to keep the day's tasks organized without many procedures.
  • Maintains a good performance of the management indicators used in all the processes in which the company is involved.
  • Magnifies the delivery times of assigned activities by using its organizer and goal-setter features.
  • This platform needs to improve its implementation with Excel when visualizing the tables of objectives by time.
  • Technical support does not offer any help in English, which makes it difficult to solve short-term performance problems.
  • It would be great if monday.com had an application and not run through any browser, I say this because it is limiting the performance from Chrome.
  • Our short-term goals were rewarded with at least 47% effectiveness compared to 2019.
  • Our clients have benefited with good results since we have this tool in operation.
  • Our client portfolio has grown by 35%.
monday.com has proven to have all the elements that define being well organized in short to medium term projects. The position of this software with respect to Trello is largely rigid, it cannot be compared because monday.com has many more features that make it a powerful tool and without the need for an annoying and cumbersome interface like Trello. Trello is very abstract and outdated, making it too obsolete for what today's competition demands.
The support offered by monday.com is good, although it needs to incorporate staff that attends to problems in Spanish, for greater understanding of the cases and prompt response with concrete solutions. The technical support on the other hand is very good and attends you in a concise and precise way with any problem that the software is presenting you in the moment.

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

Monday.com is excellent for organizing tasks and creating new projects to be completed in the short and medium term thanks to its incredible features.

The only bad thing about this tool is that it's limited to use in a browser, which makes it very slow and consumes too much RAM unnecessarily. Another disadvantage is that many times you have to create a separate Excel document where you can load the monday.com database because the feature that does it automatically does not work if the spreadsheet is open at the same time.
