Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- It's hard to justify to management the cost of Monday.com but once that hurdle is overcome the time saved by users being able to learn the platform by themselves will save you money in the long run
- Monday.com does everything that we wanted it to do by making all employees across all departments more efficient
We use monday.com throughout our entire organization. We needed a project management tool that was not as robust as MS Project but more user-friendly than tracking tasks. Also, monday.com being web-based means all departments can access it throughout the world.
- The user interface is simple to use and does not overwhelm the end users
- Monday.com being web-based is a great advantage since there are no apps to load or maintain and is accessible throughout the world
- All departs can collaborate more significantly then before and also task tracking is very simple
- I wish it was cheaper so we could deploy it to more of our users.
- The mobile app needs some work
- More support for third part app and better API intergration
