- We are on track with projects, so all "Achilles heels" are easy to fix.
- It's not the cheapest.
We use monday.com as a tool to manage tasks. In comparison to other tools like JIRA or Trello, it gives you a lot consolidated ways of managing the status of a task that has to go through a number of different groups of people (designer, developers, QA, review, etc). Status at every stage is something that helps us keep on plan.

- Managing the whole project from one place.
- Communication split into threads.
- Could be funnier! There are no emoticons, no unicorns, no rainbows, or emojis!
