Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • We are on track with projects, so all "Achilles heels" are easy to fix.
  • It's not the cheapest.
We use monday.com as a tool to manage tasks. In comparison to other tools like JIRA or Trello, it gives you a lot consolidated ways of managing the status of a task that has to go through a number of different groups of people (designer, developers, QA, review, etc). Status at every stage is something that helps us keep on plan.
  • Status on stages of project.
  • Managing the whole project from one place.
  • Communication split into threads.
  • Could be funnier! There are no emoticons, no unicorns, no rainbows, or emojis!

Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

Simpler, nicer, and more consolidated. Everything is in one place.
When you run an agency with a lot of projects across multiple clients with a lot of subcontractors, it's an app that will save your life. The only problem with monday.com is that it's hard to manage documentation and communication (or seems hard in the beginning). Other than that I would never look into something else to manage tasks.
