Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com across our revenue teams to keep our teams organized in regard to key projects and priorities. Our leadership teams and management teams use it to drive success in team meetings as well as to run individual projects and project boards. Our PM team manages the system and has trained all users to ensure we are using it similarly across all teams.

We selected monday.com because it was easy to use, the team was very helpful in onboarding and it was easy to implement. Some other solutions didn't provide the variety and customization we needed, the team was also willing to work with us to get the features we needed on the road map.
Very attentive support reps and our Customer Success Manager has been incredible - hosting office hours, training sessions and making sure we were comfortable in the product. They listen to us and understand our product gaps and work to see if they can make it on the road map in the future!

I would recommend this for scenarios where you're running a project and need to keep items organized, on track and see project status reports in different views: kanban, calendar, etc. The automation is also awesome and works well across various tasks and projects. Very easy to use and get visibility into key initiatives.
