Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • It has allowed us to better keep track of projects.
  • It has also allowed us to complete more projects on time.
We used Monday.com to coordinate projects with various team members in the sales and marketing departments. It was a way to keep projects on track and so that everyone could easily see the status of each of the tasks as we were working to complete a project.
  • It is fairly customizable.
  • Simple to use.
  • Basic plan lacks sharing functionality.
  • Calendar features leave some to be desired.
I have been an end-user only for Monday.com and have not had any contact with support.

Monday.com is good for sharing information and tasks across team members. It allows each member to update what work has been done on a project and what is still needing to be done. It alerts you if deadlines are in danger of being missed. So, all this to say that it's well suited for team project management. Unfortunately, on the basic tier, you can't share with guests, which is a bummer, as that's an easy way to provide clients visibility to progress.

monday.com & Collaboration

Yes, we use Monday.com to facilitate cross-team collaboration at our company. We create boards that are shareable with the pertinent groups, teams and individuals. This makes hand-offs simple. We do use automation to alert certain groups of important milestones, as well. We find that the visibility is important so that our process can go smoothly, and we can keep our customers happy.
Monday.com is a project management tool, so I think that if it doesn't get a high rating, we wouldn't be using it. I would say that we would give Monday.com a 9 rating as a project management tool. It makes it easy to manage our projects from start to finish and provides visibility to all of our team members along the way.
As stated above, Monday.com makes it easy to manage our projects. We can create our step by step process. We can track our progress in the tool. We can have team communication. It makes it easy to see status and keep things on track.
