Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it as a customer management and pipeline management tool post-sales. This includes making sure that customers are onboarded on a timely manner, specific touchpoints are sent throughout the customer lifecycle, and any upsell opportunities are also identified and tracked for CSMs. We also use the dashboards to track global performance

I think the usability of monday.com is tremendous, but it really depends on how compelling the actual project set up is for users to successfully adopt. Our initial struggles were with getting users to use the tool, given how overwhelming the functionality can be at first. But once the team was acclimated, it made it much easier to dig into the depth of the tool.
I haven't worked too closely with the customer support team, but the CS team has done a great job in discussing best practices in making sure the setup really aligns with our team and company goals. Any questions directed to our CSM were promptly addressed and were addressed with resources and tips to enrich our adoption to monday.
There has been a couple of hiccups and downtime with the tool recently, but I take that as something that happens with any software. Other than that, overall reliability is great. I haven't experience any significant issues with monday not working as intended, and when you begin to understand the tool and its features, it produces the expected behavior.

[Well suited for] Project management, especially if there are a lot of moving parts (both professional and personal work projects). We started to use this as a customer management tool, which worked really well in managing pipeline and onboarding timelines with customers, since there are multiple teams responsible for these kinds of tasks.
