Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- A lot of time needed to be invested in order to implement

We use it as a customer management and pipeline management tool post-sales. This includes making sure that customers are onboarded on a timely manner, specific touchpoints are sent throughout the customer lifecycle, and any upsell opportunities are also identified and tracked for CSMs. We also use the dashboards to track global performance

- Mobile app is a bit challenging and less intuitive
- Lacking time sheet capabilities
- Too many options can also be overwhelming
There has been a couple of hiccups and downtime with the tool recently, but I take that as something that happens with any software. Other than that, overall reliability is great. I haven't experience any significant issues with monday not working as intended, and when you begin to understand the tool and its features, it produces the expected behavior.
