Our [whole] organization uses monday.com. We host or support other companies that we share projects with. It helps to know where our projects are within the steps, who is holding up the process flow, and why.
- Work flow.
- Metrics.
- Customization.
- Timekeeping.

- Education that is not self learning.
We do not have issues with reliability or availability of Monday's platform. Widgets on dashboards (especially the time keeping widget) require multiple refreshes to reflect accurate data. Of all the platforms that we use for our business Monday is the platform that we have experienced issues with the least. Thanks.
Having a flow chat that shows which templates integrate well with others would be beneficial. Time investment to fumble through on-line learning resources becomes wasteful.
