We use monday.com as our cloud based project management system. It is used across the entire company.

Pros and Cons

Clean and easy layout
Intuitive design
Allow for subtasks to get a better picture of exactly what goes into each project.

Would like to see reoccurring tasks that can be automated from month to month
Automatically dropping completed tasks into a completed heading would be helpful.

It is great, but they need to make an option for reoccurring tasks each week, month. There are so many little things that need done each week, month and it is repetitive to copy the task, move the former task, and keep going

Outlining all of the small tasks that go into a project through the sub tasks. I like how the the subtasks do not show until you click on them. keeps the layout very clean.
