Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Monday.com company wide to help solve overall communication challenges. As a PR and Marketing agency, having visibility over each person's task list and timeline really help bring a higher level of cohesiveness. Not to mention the great collaborative tools for sharing information and keeping the team updated on moving deadlines or project changes.

Use of the various calendar views did not work well for one team member, but overall timelines and other time tracker features were functional.

Usability

Intuitive and ease of use was apparent from the first test trial. Lots of great online tutorials.

Support Rating

Set up and overall adaptation by team was very easy. Monday.com was so intuitive, we were up and running in half the planned integration timeframe. Templates were a great place to start when creating new boards, and the online tutorials were a great resource. If getting stuck on a problem, the Monday.com support team was super responsive. Responsiveness to questions was good, and I always encountered representatives who cared about any challenges I was having.

Reliability & Availability

Overall performance and functionality met or exceeded expectations once up and running. There are very few concerns around features working as designed, and uptime has been fairly consistent, with connectivity issues resolved in a timely manner. The Monday.com team is always available for support or to answer questions about program features.

Monday.com is well suited if you don't need a very customizable database/CRM/task/project tracker. There are lots of great features and workaround options to help make the program suite your needs. We really like linking tables and timelines between departments.

Once implemented, the overall improvement in collaboration and task efficiency was noticeable.
