We use monday.com in the Sales department as our CRM and in the operations departments to track project life cycle and progress. The main problem it addresses is the availability of information to all users and allows for stakeholders to view overall performance.
- Automation of tasks for one use to another.
- In platform communication between users.
- Easy to build and customize.
- Custom automations are still a work in progress.
- Some integrations lack functionality.
monday.com has had very little downtime and bugs are resolved quickly by the dev team. Site has been very reliable. Platform is easy to use for new users if the admin builds the board following good design practices.
