- VERY easy set up of project management boards.
- Initial employee adoption was lower because it's so different from what we're used to, BUT, after embracing it and practice, practice, practice, the utilization is much higher.

- CRM - manage active accounts without muddying the waters with inactive old contact info.
- Event Management - The boards are so unique and can hold so much info, and can be completely tailored to our needs.
- Private email platform that allows for collaboration across the whole team, as well as individuals for each board assigned.
- In order to import data, the boards and columns have to be identical or the info gets lost in space.
- Some of your how-to videos are out of date with location of data and icons.
The ops team utilizes it much more than the sales team - as I mentioned previously the mobile app isn't as user friendly - [and] in sales being mobile is more important, but the experience as a whole organization has been great.
