Much of the marketing department is using monday.com to track emails and communication send-outs. We will track a task across its different stages of development using monday.com. We keep all communication to monday.com, and all files are shared in either updates or in the columns. It helps us to keep track of tasks and responsibilities.
- Bright colors help to quickly find what you are looking for
- Great way to keep all communication together
- All information is in one place
- Can be slow at times
- Automation could be improved, things like IF, OR, and AND statements would make them more powerful
- Not sure that we are using monday.com as efficiently as possible
There have been a few minor glitches, but just reloading the page seems to resolve them. Uptime has not been an issue for me or my team.
