Several of our departments use Monday.com to organise recurring projects, to ensure that every step is achieved correctly every time - it has had a great impact on the speed and transparency of progress through these projects, and is well liked by all of the team members who use it or need an overview of where we are.

I have not used the support much, however I have always been able to get a positive resolution fairly quickly when I have needed to raise a ticket

I have not had any serious issues with performance, I once overloaded a dashboard with resource-intensive tiles, but in normal usage it works fine.
