Monday.com is deployed across our entire organization, but primarily used by our Creative Team.

We use a TypeForm form to handle creative request which automate into a Monday board. From there, users can follow their request from start to finish, while allowing our team to internally track, prioritize, and manage each request.

This system has dramatically changed our ability to not miss project deadlines, or even worse, miss projects completely. The added transparency has also been helpful in communicating with our clients about how and why we prioritize. It is much more effective to show a board with hundreds of pulses that each represent a project, than it is to say "we're really busy."

We take advantage of automations, so that we know whenever a new request is made.

It is not an overstatement to say that monday.com is the tool that has allowed us to revolutionize our production pipeline.

If you are willing to invest the time and energy in building a system to utilize a tool like this, I cannot recommend monday.com enough.

  • It can become a very complex system.
  • It can be overwhelming to people unfamiliar with the system.
  • It takes strategy to use the tool well.
  • People can end up with a large number of boards they don't actually use.
We love monday.com. We don't use many, if any, of the templates. Nor do we integrate with any productivity tools. In truth, monday.com can sometimes feel unwieldy, especially to new users in our organization.

But we've found that once bought into the system, there is nothing that has come close to being able to manage our complex workload. (And we've tried many other tools.)
I haven't used the customer support nor worked with a customer success manager.
Monday.com has seemingly always been up for the nearly 2 years we've used it. I consider it highly reliable. It loads quickly on web and mobile. I'm never worried about it being down.

Monday.com is great for teams, especially when there is a need for interaction between team members. It is especially good for creating accountability and version history. The more willing a team is to be detail-oriented, the better the tool will serve the team.

For people that get easily overwhelmed by details, or struggle to get organized on their own in the first place, monday.com will probably be frustrating.
