Monday.com is deployed across our entire organization, but primarily used by our Creative Team.
We use a TypeForm form to handle creative request which automate into a Monday board. From there, users can follow their request from start to finish, while allowing our team to internally track, prioritize, and manage each request.
This system has dramatically changed our ability to not miss project deadlines, or even worse, miss projects completely. The added transparency has also been helpful in communicating with our clients about how and why we prioritize. It is much more effective to show a board with hundreds of pulses that each represent a project, than it is to say "we're really busy."
We take advantage of automations, so that we know whenever a new request is made.
It is not an overstatement to say that monday.com is the tool that has allowed us to revolutionize our production pipeline.
If you are willing to invest the time and energy in building a system to utilize a tool like this, I cannot recommend monday.com enough.

Monday.com has seemingly always been up for the nearly 2 years we've used it. I consider it highly reliable. It loads quickly on web and mobile. I'm never worried about it being down.
