Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Monday across the whole organization to plan, coordinate and manage our projects. It has been proven to be an effective tool to help measure our work and holding each member accountable for reaching our deadlines. I love how easy it is to assign and set projects and deadlines.

Usability

The best thing about Monday is the fact that mostly every aspect is customizable and easy to set up and navigate without needing to do any major formal training. So entry level users can easily use this and set up. You are able to customize tabs, boards and any text in the board to make it suit any project needs.

Support Rating

If I run into any issues I am able to reach out with no hassle or delays. They are able to easily communicate with me and help me troubleshoot any issues I am currently having. I have never concluded a call support feeling like my issues were not resolved. Very thankful of this process as it allows me to resolve any issues and return to work.

Reliability & Availability

I have never had any functionality issues with Monday. So far it has been a smooth process in adopting this program with the team. It has truly innovated and elevated the way the teams work and function in the organization. If there are any issues in the future I can imagine the Monday team resolving it before there are any further issues.

Monday’s design brings team transparency and accountability. Transparency because it allows our teams to plan out our year and curate projects and assign those to the team. It also allows us to check back in on the projects status and see where we might be able to support or push anything. Example is a team member is “stuck” of has “briefed” and assignment we can check in to follow up on that. I love how customizable the tabs are.
