Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Saves time
  • Better organization
  • Employee task tracking
Monday.com is being used across the whole organization. It has been an essential tool in helping us organize our tasks and understanding what the whole team is working on and how we should prioritize our goals each month.

Pros

  • Automation
  • Integrates with a lot of apps
  • Easy to navigate

Cons

  • The columns should be customizable within the same board. For example I want to have different groups of item that have different columns within the same board
  • Can't see task assigned to me easily. It gets mixed up with templates and recurring SOPs
Needs more more on tracking new tasks assigned to me as an user and having the ability to customize groups within the same board
