- Much easier to track project management.
- Lets me assign tasks and track progress and completion easily.
- Leads to more collaboration on projects.
We started using Monday as a simple way to list information but we are starting to use it in more and more ways. It is now a way that we communicate, manage projects, manage work loads, keep track of tasks, and store information. It has become critical to every department and level of the company.
Pros

- Quick to learn with the webinars and tutorials.
- Ability to organize and track information and tasks.
Cons
- Needs more customization of the boards.
- Some features are not clear on their purpose.
- Needs more ability to hide certain info from some users.
Monday has been a great solution to our work management and I am very happy with it. I feel we are only scratching the surface and as we grow and learn more about the options with Monday, we will find it is even more useful and will become even more valuable as a work management tool.
