We use monday.com across the whole organization. For us, this platform helps us to keep track of our internal KPI's, our task follow up, organize meetings, manage our teams, and helps our team plan and execute projects.
Pros
- Super customizable and flexible. You can create almost anything.
- User friendly. Very easy to use and they have several training videos.
- Excellent customer service: They are always willing to help and are open to feedback.
- Constant innovation: They keep adding new features.
Cons
- I wish I was able to use the platform offline.
- The desktop version is better than the app.
They keep their promises. Every feature is useful, and they are always looking for new ways to support their customers. I really like that they are so open to hear feedback from customers and pass that information to the product development team. My overall experience of using monday.com as our work management software has been excellent.
