Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Saves time by keeping all projects housed in a single tool.
- Improves scheduling of projects based on employee workload.
- Better communication between teams with the department.
Monday is primarily used by our marketing and human resources departments. It is essential in helping us keep track of ongoing and upcoming projects, assigning tasks, tracking hours, and identifying workload issues for employees. For managers and directors, it gives us the ability to see all the moving pieces in one tool.
- Project timelines and tasks.
- Content calendars.
- Tracking training certifications.
- Tracking employee time.
- Estimating project time based on historical data.
- I would love the ability to set columns based on groups within a board instead of the entire board.
Onboarding experience was great and our rep was always available to walk us through anything we did not understand. To be honest, once we dove into the tool, we hit the ground running and never looked back. I haven't experienced any issues that required support.
I can literally set up a timeline, assign tasks, and have a project ready to go in just a few minutes. It really has made my life so much better in terms of managing workflow, providing realistic timelines for completion, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Anyone in marketing who is juggling multiple projects will love Monday. I curate content calendars for blogs and social platforms, build out web development projects and marketing campaigns, and track one-off tasks requested by outside departments. It's so easy to show where your team's time is being spent and the ROI. It's also easy to communicate with other members working on a shared project. Review/approval requests, sharing documents, giving feedback...all done within the tool.
