Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time saving.
  • More easy to manage the cashflow.
  • More organization for my teams.
My organization implemented Monday due the pandemic, because we start to work in home office. Thanks to Monday we have organization at the moment to implement task to other departments in the agency. Also we can distribute the accounts in Monday, so the task of one account you can search it in that folder. Thanks to Monday our work is very easy.

Pros

  • Organized.
  • Easy to use.
  • Very intuitive if you never used it before.

Cons

  • Monday is perfect for me and my organization, because we can manage a lot of things on it. I don't find anything I can tell is "malfunction" or you have to improve.
Because is one of the things I said before, Monday is very intuitive even if you never used a platform like this before. You can easily understand how it works and that's why I feel very comfortable with Monday.
I think if more people try it then they can implement in their organizations.
I've never had a problem with Monday. Since I started using Monday it always works with no problems at all and that's why I maintain my opinion.
Monday already gave me the tools that I need for organizing my team because this is a problem we already have before we implemented in our agency.
