Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Project management is easier and a timesaver.
  • Documentation area is quicker.
  • Timesheet a little slower (at the moment).
We use it across the whole company.
When using it for timesheets and mainly project management.

Pros

  • Having different level, means more info can be added.
  • Customisable - Great to make it your own.
  • Favourites - Perfect for me to select what I am using on a daily basis.

Cons

  • Need to be able to tab between columns.
  • Attachments/Files needs to be a bit smoother when adding them.
  • Not always available as a add on - Using Microsoft 365 and no longer have as a pin.
Still struggling with using the templates.
I am still new to this and don't have a great deal of time to train/learn the features so I guess I that would help too.
Sometimes too many options is a pain but I understand to make it available to many markets there has to be a lot of information. (Our company is the same.)
I understand that my boss has had some great support. I personally haven't had the opportunity to use it yet.
Sometimes it is a bit slow in updating but it only takes a couple of seconds - just got to remember to wait.

Yes

When using it for timesheets, it is a little messy. It would be nice if the time were easier to enter, a bit time consuming having to enter it each time and having to enter a 0 first to at least find the time you want to select.
Love having all the different levels.
We liked it as a visual program, most of us are visual workers so this really appealed to us.
The inbox was also a big deal - great for project management.
