Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is used across the whole organization and it is helping us implementing processes we did not have before.
Thanks to monday.com, we are able to actually work as a group and to be fully aware of any development.
As I said to our IT manager, I have the feeling we boosted our organization with vitamins since we started using monday.com.
Now teams are really efficient and are able to maximize their interactions (even more relevant when we work from home...).

Pros

  • Team meetings.
  • Ad-hoc tasks.

Cons

  • Ability to skip not relevant tasks (needs for AI).
  • Personal board is somehow a bit too heavy.
  • Time saving.
  • Increased employee adoption.
  • Opening of new customer relationships (involving several teams).
Monday.com is very intuitive and easy to use. However, it appears that some older colleagues experience some issues to fully understand the system and the way they should efficiently use it.
Always here to help, very quick and adapted support.
I do not use the support enough, but many of my colleagues do.
Since we joined monday.com, it has become our primary work management software. For new organizations, it can definitely be used as a full CRM.
Monday.com is always reliable, its SaaS interface is brilliant and very light, and everyone can use it for its own needs also, making it a must!

monday.com & Collaboration

We use monday.com to facilitate the dialogue between the main departments of the company. Each has very specific needs and role, and thanks to monday.com we are able to share, ask, and inform each participant from every department. It completely changed our way of working within the organization.

With monday.com each manager is able to closely follow up on his team's actions. And he can have a quick and easy look at the progress of each project or task.
