Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

In my profession, we use monday.com as a project management tool within our marketing department to collaborate and communicate among peers. The ease of use makes it really efficient to mange projects and delegate new marketing requests. The tagging and comments that we are able to do allow our team to communicate quickly and keep everyone that needs to be involved in the loop.

  • The inbox and notifications keep me alert and allow me to manage the work being done.

One of the biggest pluses of using monday.com is its usability. It's quick, easy and simple. This is one of the main reasons we chose monday.com.
Every time we have had to use support, they are quick at responding, take our feedback into consideration, and are always willing to improve the product offerings.
Monday.com is much easier to use and isn't as complex. We didn't need a complex project management tool for what we are using it for, and monday.com is perfect for that.
Monday.com works really well for incoming marketing requests. We have a big team of sales reps that are constantly requesting new material, and Monday.com allows us to put in the request, subscribe users, and add roles. It also allows us to keep certain boards private and make others public so everyone can view them.
