We use it for the entire organization. I've always been a fan of monday. We use it to manage proposals with clients. For the administration of invoices and accounts payable and finally for the management of all projects. Additionally, we use it to work with third parties, communicate internally for any matter and it is our main work tool.
Pros
- Dashboards, you see everything in one place!
- Internal communication, no more WhatsApp.
- Reminders, every task, even your personal goals can be here and you will never forget them.
- Every type of project can be here.
Cons
- The app can be a little bit better.
- Customer assistance, will be better in Spanish.
- It will be really helpful to have some automations pre-done for some use cases.
Imagine that you have in your hands a completely moldable and adjustable platform to what you need. From your operational flows, their follow-up and the monitoring of their progress.
I don't think there is a platform today that can offer a better solution. It also integrates other platforms that are already experts in their field, it does not pretend to cover everything. I have used it for the management of environmental services, bookstores, hotel management and telecommunications and in all areas it has always been a success to have monday.com.
