Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • 40% less of emails in the first 3 months.
  • Working remotely is just sooo easy, everything was on monday.
  • Time tracking, I can manage better the time of my employees.
We use it for the entire organization. I've always been a fan of monday. We use it to manage proposals with clients. For the administration of invoices and accounts payable and finally for the management of all projects. Additionally, we use it to work with third parties, communicate internally for any matter and it is our main work tool.

Pros

  • Dashboards, you see everything in one place!
  • Internal communication, no more WhatsApp.
  • Reminders, every task, even your personal goals can be here and you will never forget them.
  • Every type of project can be here.

Cons

  • The app can be a little bit better.
  • Customer assistance, will be better in Spanish.
  • It will be really helpful to have some automations pre-done for some use cases.
The platform contains all the material available for self-training. Although at first it can be somewhat overwhelming since it is to have like a blank canvas. As you enter the platform, you discover that it supports almost any scenario and work scheme. It is not just a project manager, they really have endless functionalities.
There is always a super quick answer. You just have to consider that the answers for other languages ​​are through an online translator, so that may take a little more time. I think that with the information base that the queries have, they should be minimal.

What is applaudable is that from the 1st email, you are always interacting with another person, they do not use chatbots and that already gives you a lot of peace of mind.
Imagine that you have in your hands a completely moldable and adjustable platform to what you need. From your operational flows, their follow-up and the monitoring of their progress.
I don't think there is a platform today that can offer a better solution. It also integrates other platforms that are already experts in their field, it does not pretend to cover everything. I have used it for the management of environmental services, bookstores, hotel management and telecommunications and in all areas it has always been a success to have monday.com.

From tourism, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing, all kinds of projects can be carried out on Monday. It is suitable for marketing, human resources, project management, etc.

The only thing that is not ideal for is finance at a higher level. Project accounts and general expenses can be managed, but already fiscal issues I think it is not the right one.
