- Easy to set off regular/repeatable workflows.
- Clean way to replicate the inbox for enquiries, ensuring no loss of data.
- Increased transparency and accountability for staff.
To centralise and coordinate day to day business data. We record inbound enquiries and monitor there progress through the sales pipeline.
We also record all sales data and use this to make marketing decisions for future campaigns.
We use simple boards to replace spreadsheets, that are used by multiusers and therefore expose risk to lost data/duplication when using other documents.

Pros
- Links with Zapier which really helps connect system.
- Cloud based/Centralised for easy access for all staff.
- Easy to email straight out of the system to customers.
Cons
- Formatting emails inside system.
- Being able to cc emails simply from the integrations.
- Move items, into sub items.
It has saved me a lot of time and "head space" to bring data from many places together. This has saved time and planning.
