We use monday.com across all of our departments. It helps synchronize our internal communications on projects that require multiple teams and agents.
We also leverage the tool to share projects with people who are outside of our organization but are collaborating with us. This is a great way to create a specific set of information that needs to be shared with easy permission configuration.

The features work flawlessly, we have had no issues that I am aware of. In regards to uptime, there are no instances where one of our users could not access a board. We use both mobile apps and web browsers to access monday.com and we are very happy with it.
