Great program for Task Management and Project Management for Teams In Separate Locations

I believe it is easy to use for most people who have a lot of computer experience, but can be harder to use for some of the employees who are used to handling these things mostly through paper documentation. We have, however, had success with bringing them on-board to this program, and it was easier to train on than some of the others we have tried.

The support that we received during setup was phenomenal. We did not decide to go with the enterprise program, just due to the smaller number of users to initialize the program rollout internally, but we continue to get great service! Service has been extremely fast and everyone we have worked with has been very pleasant.

Great for managing tasks and projects between teams that are not all located in the same facility/location. Allows for easy communication and real-time snapshot of status and hold-ups.

May be less appropriate for extremely large projects where multiple items can run and occur concurrently. It still works for this function, but can be hard to track due to the dashboard layout.
