Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • I am better able to track my teams workload so we are more timely than ever.
  • Executive access to timelines has helped our team greatly.
  • Easy to add our contract workers to the tool.
We are using [monday.com] to track projects and timelines. We track work and time for projects, and employee productivity. The dashboards are helpful in sharing project information at a high level with our executive sponsors. There are a few departments who use it throughout The company. My department uses it the most.

Pros

  • Automations for notifying others of project status changes.
  • Braid project visibility throughout the company. Anyone can know where we stand.
  • Dashboards fir measuring workload and effort help in managing a team with a lot to balance.
  • Easy to customize and make boards work for specific needs.

Cons

  • Sub items feature could use improvement.
  • Grant style chart view settings are odd. They revert back to by quarter, even after we change it to by week.
  • No other ideas for you.
I feel like I can figure out what I want to do with it with minimal or no help.
I have not needed the support team yet.
It is very reliable and helps me stay on track.

I love [monday.com] for managing the projects my team is working on on our product. It may not be helpful if my team was not project focused though. That seems to be why other departments are not sure how they would use Monday.com. I have found a lot of help in video tracings Monday has. But much of the marketing is toward project management only. Perhaps showing more of how others use it would help.
