Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Massive time savings for event planning.
- Clear communication about who is accomplishing what.
- Easily repeatable and scalable boards for future events.
I first came across monday.com when I was working at Drexel University, where we used to it to manage a series of upgrade projects. I was so impressed by the clear organization, the ability to color code, and more, that I brought it over to the festival and event management world. There, we were able to use a lot of the customization features, so that we could easily track our budgeting over time, our schedules for the event days, our inventory, and myriad other things. The ease and flexibility of use was wonderful, to say the least. Another thing that I like, that I only thought of when I looked at a later question, is the myriad collaborative aspects. In addition to having several different good messaging features, the ability to put comments, to-do lists, and more, on each individual item in any board is extremely useful for project tracking, and also debriefing later and figuring out process improvements.
- Ease of use.
- Customization of product.
- Ability to determine what information is shared to who.
- Color coding that even color blind people can use.
- We'd always like it to be cheaper, but we can't object to the price point.
I've never had an instance where I couldn't log in and work on monday.com.
