Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Allowed us to save time. Time is money.
  • Streamlined tasks so that we had obtained maximum efficiencies and productivity from out vendors.
  • Allowed us to track the status of campaigns - which in turn achieved our intended results ands objectives. We ended up staying within budget and this helped us manage our expenses effectively and efficiently.
  • Easy communication and able to share resources with teams and vendors.
It is currently being used by the marketing department. It addresses the issue of project management. It provides a line of sight for members to have work streamlined and actioned upon. The task and goals can be both managed and achieved through this platform in the most effective way.

Pros

  • Listing weekly goals for individuals - you can track your performance.
  • The visual representation makes it incredible for completion of work goals and tasks and allows users to have effective communication including updates.
  • This tool is great for those that are currently working remote and away from the office.
  • The shared workspaces allows you to connect with other departments within the company.
  • The shareable boards makes it great to effectively and efficiently work with vendors.

Cons

  • A better representation of budgets and budget widgets.
  • Inviting team members with email is a functionality issue.
  • The attachments whereby you cannot copy and paste from the desktop or documents but have to save and them upload on to the platform.
The solution seems and is user friendly. The look and feel is great. The ease of use is incredible. The more you engage and practice, the easier to use. The system is not complicated to use and there is a great support structure of resources at your disposal.
The support is great. Fantastic Knowledge center. Great webinars and YouTube videos to guide you through the use process.
I save on time using the platform. Personally my objectives are easily achieved. The KPI's that I have Excel in, I am able to use in monday.com. Work management has never been easier.
