- Monday.com has allowed us to step away from spreadsheets and have regular processes and systems be easily replicated using templates, etc.
Monday.com is being utilized by our support departments as a way to effectively communicate cross-departmentally about projects with fewer meetings. It allows us to plan and implement efficiently!
- Ease of use
- Functionality (if you can imagine it - Monday.com can do it!)
- Sometimes things change too much. Just when you get used to the platform, the user experience changes! Sometimes for the good and sometimes for the bad (the new Workspace view is not my fave).
Monday.com has consistently worked well. It has not let us down yet! Things update in real time.
