monday.com has increased collaboration between developers working on bug fixes which has resulted in better solutions to our issues.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my team specifically, we use monday.com for two purposes:

1) To maintain a backlog of bugs for a database. We use different boards to monitor the progress of bug fixes from development to tracking to acceptance.
2) We also do compliance work and we use boards to track inspections that must be completed throughout the fiscal year.

Pros and Cons

Easy to use.
Flexible.
A lot of functionality.

Since there are many menus and buttons, some functionality can be difficult to find and kind of get lost in the screen.
The screen is a bit crowded and can be overwhelming for first-time users.

Usability

I find it very usable and intuitive, but it does take some getting used to. There is so much available functionality that it can sometimes be difficult to find what you are looking for, but once you do, it is very easy to adopt the functionality in your day-to-day tasks.

Support Rating

I have not needed much support since I have started to use monday.com, but any time I have had a question, support was very quick to provide a suitable answer and allow me to resolve any issue.

Reliability & Availability

I have always found monday.com to be reliable and it has always performed as expected. It has been great working with a program that is not buggy and appears to be well-maintained. Its performance has never had a negative impact on our work management.

monday.com is very useful to track tasks on which many team members must collaborate. It offers a variety of different views and dashboards that can be tailored to each user. It has a lot of build in functionality, but boards can be constructed to include as much or as little of it as needed. This is great because you can adapt monday.com to best suit your user-base from almost computer-illiterate to developer.
