We initially purchased Monday.com as a project management tool to be used by the PM team to track client implementations. Shortly thereafter, we began building leadership boards to track overall client status/health. Internal project boards followed. Other teams began to request access and it is now used by our Support and Education teams and we bought additional licenses upon our renewal at the first of the year.
