Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We initially purchased Monday.com as a project management tool to be used by the PM team to track client implementations. Shortly thereafter, we began building leadership boards to track overall client status/health. Internal project boards followed. Other teams began to request access and it is now used by our Support and Education teams and we bought additional licenses upon our renewal at the first of the year.

We built our own template, but that was easy to do. We use the integration to JIRA and it was easy to setup. We wish it had more options to limit some of the data pulled from JIRA, but it works!
Absolutely brilliant support team.
We have had no down time.

We like that we can share boards with non-licensed users at no additional cost, and while they cannot edit the boards, they can leave comments at the task level. This is helpful both for internal tasks and board but also external tasks and boards.
