We started to use monday.com about 2 years ago, first, only our marketing department used it and since then all departments (sales, production, customer service) started to use it on a daily basis. We had problems with communication, keeping deadlines and making sure everyone knows where our projects stand, with monday.com it's very transparent, everyone has access and can see what is going on and what projects need to be completed next. It also makes meetings very efficient and time effective because we can review what was completed, what is pending and what the next deadlines are.

Cons

  • Integrate and automate functions are a little confusing.
monday.com is very easy to use, offers a user friendly interface and support. They have tutorial videos and also working on improving the platform, at first it can be a little confusing with all the different options and templates. The integration they offer is extremely broad so you will most likely be able to connect it with whatever tools you use.
I contacted customer support multiple times as more and more departments needed access to this software and we were increasing the number of users. Every time the team got back very fast, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations with their solutions. That is why we have been a long-time client and recommend monday.com to everyone who is looking for a project management tool and would like to improve their team's workflow, efficiency, and communication.
We never experience any issues with the system, downtime, or any problems with the functionalities of monday.com. All features are working as described and even if need help with implementing a new tool, they offer great tutorial videos and resources that explain how to use every feature, not to mention how user friendly they are!

If you manage a team and work on more complex projects, monday.com can be extremely useful, if it's just for you or your projects are simple, you would probably not maximize the benefits. When you have multiple people, deadlines and sub-projects that rely on each other you will really see how monday.com can add value to your work, because it saves time and makes it very easy to keep track of projects, highlight priorities, visibly see your to-dos in the calendar view and also receive automatic emails when your team completes certain tasks, takes actions or need help.
