We first started using monday.com for one of our teams, but we've been slowly rolling it out to the rest of the company. We also use monday.com in client-facing ways to manage software implementation projects. monday.com allows us to keep information organized and available to the relevant team members.
Pros

- The monday.com support team is prompt and communicative in responding to issues.
- monday.com actively seeks feedback about each aspect of the product in customer friendly ways.
Cons
- While many feature requests are implemented quickly, others seem to take much longer.
- Some features are beta tested and others seem to be implemented suddenly.
For as complex as I imagine the backend of monday.com must be, the speed and simplicity with which the frontend works is astounding. We have been in meetings with multiple users looking at/working from the same board and changes made by one use appear in near real-time for all other users. monday.com makes me feel like I am in control of my data.
