We first started using monday.com for one of our teams, but we've been slowly rolling it out to the rest of the company. We also use monday.com in client-facing ways to manage software implementation projects. monday.com allows us to keep information organized and available to the relevant team members.

  • The monday.com support team is prompt and communicative in responding to issues.
  • monday.com actively seeks feedback about each aspect of the product in customer friendly ways.
  • While many feature requests are implemented quickly, others seem to take much longer.
  • Some features are beta tested and others seem to be implemented suddenly.
monday.com offers robust business tools in a fun and intuitive format. They include instructions and best practices right where you need them. They are little Easter Eggs built in that make using monday.com fun. While you can design your boards/workspaces to organize information in a way that works best for you, there is an overall continuity in the design and feel of the environment.
The monday.com support team is responsive and communicates timely and relevant updates as they work on resolving an issue. When necessary, they take the time to listen and learn about your specific use-case and will help address your question and meet your needs.
For as complex as I imagine the backend of monday.com must be, the speed and simplicity with which the frontend works is astounding. We have been in meetings with multiple users looking at/working from the same board and changes made by one use appear in near real-time for all other users. monday.com makes me feel like I am in control of my data.

I think that monday.com can be adapted to work for almost any client. They offer a range of options that fit the budget for individual entrepreneurs to global corporations. monday.com helps organize information in an intuitive and powerful way and can be customized to address specific business problems. The monday.com team is always looking for and listening to client feedback and isn't shy about incorporating new ideas.
