monday.com is being used across the whole organization, with each department maintaining their own grids. It helps set department goals, assigns tasks to people, and maintain a repository for any sort of documents.

This rating is based on its current layout and easy of use. The beginning training provided is easy to follow and adapt to. The ability to create sub-groups with focused teams is a definite advantage and helps with better accountability as well. Also it's easy to add tasks and update statuses on any specific tasks in addition to uploading any helpful supplemental material.
I haven't used the support feature much.
monday.com is very reliable and easy to use and helps keep me on track. I know when I have anything that's due and what resources I can use to help complete those goals. It's particularly easy to create tasks and offers a quick approach to doing so, which helps in delegating certain tasks and monitoring its workflow status as well.

monday.com is well suited to organize tasks with due dates and helps in assigning specific tasks as well. The layout can be organized better and needs more API integration options.
