Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • It is a little too soon to tell, but I feel like we are communicating much better and wasting less time waiting on each other to communicate progress.
Monday is being used across the entire organization. It is making communications easier across departments.

Pros

  • It allows easy communication per task, eliminates email!
  • Easy to track projects and week to week tasks.
  • Makes communication and tasks more transparent.

Cons

  • There has been some great features released in the last 18 months, some times it is hard to learn which ones will work for us.
  • I would like to see more templated and best practices of some ways in which people are using Monday.
  • I wish there was a place to "chat" in general with people that are not tied to a pulse.
This is a very easy app to learn. Our team "gets it" right away and has started using the app quickly. It is easy to change workflows to adapt to different styles. I am getting lots of positive feedback from our team, they are thankful to have this tool.
Monday team is very quick to respond to questions. I have had zero frustration in this area.
Monday has always been availalble to us. We trust the app will working 100% of the time. It is quick and responsive on all platforms.

Monday is much easier to use and learn. So far everyone has figured it out just by using it or after watching a brief training video. Most other tools have parts that we wouldn't use or be just too complicated for the average user. We feel with Mondayulse we are not struggling with learning the tool. The tool is working for us without us working for the tool.
If there are multiple departments on a project then Monday makes it very easy to share information and to track projects. We are putting together a weekend retreat with dozens of details. Dapulse makes it easy to see who is doing what and where each to-do is on its way to completion. It is very easy for managers to track which emploees are doing what and who is taking on too much or has some capacity to do more.

monday.com & Collaboration

We have different teams working on our Sunday church services. communications, Artists, Guest services etc... They are all able to work together on a project in real-time without sending dozens of emails back and forth which inevitably get lengthy and lost. We can track progress on elements of a project and quickly moves things along when something gets stuck.

The best tool is the one our people will actually use and Monday is a great tool people want to use.
