Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Monday has allowed us to manage our time much better with having everything in one place.
  • The management boards are second to none.
It is being used by a few different departments to organize projects, manage time, and create accountability.
  • It allows for ease of time management as it allows us to create detailed project plans and stick to those timetables. Our managers can view these as well to create accountability.
  • We can create master boards as a high level overview, and then we can create sub boards to allow access for editing for those who need it.
  • The basic training could be more in-depth for those users who have never used a system like it.
  • "Help" guides in each area would be very useful.
I gave it an 8 because it's not easy to figure out for new users. It takes quite a bit of time to get used to.
I haven't had one single issue with support. All responses have been quick and easy to understand.
There haven't been any issues with the site not reacting in a timely manner or accurately.

Yes

It is not appropriate for creating simple task plans. Those can be done in sheets or docs. It is very well suited for creating and managing high level metrics for projects as well as managing said projects.
