monday.com is our main organisation system in the company, we organise our quotes, contract, work, order.
T100% of the team use it so we can all be informed at all time through the whole process. All employees have access to some boards that regards their own department and some boards are accessible for everyone.

- Color schemes easy to see and understand.
- Email reminders.
- Address maps.
- You can change the organisation of every column.
- Love the little EMOJIS so we can see clearly the most important items.
- Restrain users to move items from board to board (mistake happened with some members and cost us a few dollars).
- Color code within the ''board'' instead of the whole board the same color.
- Members can do their own ''folders of board'' without rearranging for everyone (I'm the owner of all of the boards so that can also be the reason why).
Makes teamwork easier, follow-ups easier and basically my life easier.
