We use monday.com on a daily basis to help resolve issues. The way this program works at creating jobs and distributing it to the proper company within our umbrella by a simple email is pretty amazing.

I'm sorry I have never had the chance to personally try this feature. I'm certain that my fellow employees would have tried it at one point or another.
If it's at all like the rest of the program I would give it a thumbs up.
