- Increased visibility.
We used it to track all our HR information and processes (PTO requests, HR documents, employee directory, company wide announcements and presentations etc...)
We also use it to track everything needed for our data services department. It serves as a data base, and a tracker for all the deliverables we generate. We then use that for our invoicing process.

- Forces you to think about your processes and format/standardize the way you do things.
- Good support.
- Can be slow....
Sometimes it does take a long time for our boards to load. But that’s maybe because we push it to the limit (tens of columns, a lot of them mirrored, and thousands of items).
